BAXTER ST at the Camera Club of New York is excited to host a photoshoot for community members to receive a free headshot by BAXTER ST Alum and 2025 Guggenheim Fellow Tommy Kha on Sunday May 18th from 1PM – 3PM at Columbus Park in Chinatown in conjunction with Incidental Contact, an outdoor group photography exhibition hosted by Chinatown Basketball Club. This event is open to the public and perfect for recent graduates or professionals who want to refresh their look. A digital file will be shared with participants in the week following the event.
ABOUT TOMMY KHA
Tommy Kha (b. Memphis, TN) is a photographer currently working between Brooklyn, New York and Memphis, Tennessee. He is the recipient of the Hayes Prize, Next Step Award, Foam Talent, and NYSCA/NYFA Photography Fellow. He is a kung fu student under Sifu Ken Lo. Kha holds an MFA in Photography from Yale University, where he currently teaches.
