The next posts will be dedicated to “Towers of Thanks” A series that engages my mother’s involvement in the Trump Organization.
My mother, Barbara Res was the manager of construction on Trump Tower and Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization for nearly 20 years. In the run-up to the 2016 US Presidential elections she developed an oppositional and public stance against Trump and his candidacy. “Towers of Thanks” looks at how that legacy influenced my mother and I and describes the uncomfortable shifts between political and personal narratives.
