BAXTER ST: Artist In Focus Auction 2025

BAXTER ST, the oldest lens-based non-profit in NYC, is thrilled to partner with Artsy to host a benefit auction, featuring works by established and emerging artists.

The auction will feature many of the lens-based artists and friends in BAXTER ST’s active community, including: Adam Pendleton, Alanna Fields, Alessandro Teoldi, Allen Frame, Cecily Brown, Derrick Adams, Emma Safir, Hank Willis Thomas, Harmonia Rosales, Jean Shin, José Parlá, Julia Chiang, Letha Wilson, Markus Linnenbrink, Naima Green, Nina Katchadourian, Paul Mpagi Sepuya, Pixy Liao, Rico Gatson, Sadie Barnette, Sheree Hovsepian, Susannah Ray, and Tommy Kha.

The auction reflects BAXTER ST’s active community of lens-based artists and supporters we are grateful to call friends. Rooted in BAXTER ST’s artist-centric approach, proceeds from the auction will be shared equally between the artists and the organization.

BAXTER ST at CCNY has long been a catalyst for innovative creation within the artistic mediums of photography and video practices. In purchasing  the exceptional works in this auction you are helping to ensure that BAXTER ST continues to be a dynamic platform for future generations of creators and audiences. 

The auction is live May 7 till May 21.
