Mirages of Dreams Past by lens-based mixed media artist, archivist, Alanna Fields, is comprised of a new series of large-scale mixed-media collages exploring the representation of Black queer desire, sensuality, leisure, and memory.

Galoot is the culmination of Leaver’s participation in YoungArts | Baxter St Residency Program, a multi-year partnership between the two organizations to support, mentor, and diversify the next generation of lens-based artists. It will be on view from March 24 to April 28 at Baxter’s St gallery located at 126 Baxter St.
