Photography deals with the tension between the immediacy of its detailed surface and that which cannot be seen: the space beyond. Curated by Katharina Bosse as part of CCNY’s Guest Curators Program, The Space Beyond presents five young photographers who experiment with photographic/non-photographable space.

Objects: A Two-Part Documentary

Abramsohn juxtaposes two types of objects, photographed formally as still lifes in a studio setting: souvenirs sold to tourists in Israel, and items from a collection created by the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center, a research center affiliated with the Israeli Army.
