@marcoscozzaro x Baxter St. This is the #digitaldeli pamphlet/poster I made for @silentfaceprojects Scattered Material series. It was printed offset in an edition of 500 and released at the last NY Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1. The photo I used for the centerfold is titled WAITING ROOM.

This is @marcoscozzaro broadcasting for Baxter St. With #digitaldeli I also wanted to explore what else a photographic image can be end question its inherent bidimentionality. In TUBBI my photographs become objects in the space, still keeping their ambivalent nature as images. This is an installation view from my solo show at Baxter St, last March, also featuring the piece PLEASE.

Ciao everyone and welcome to the Digital Deli Sció! Your host @marcoscozzaro - 2016 Baxter St resident - will be glad to entertain you for the next few days. We will talk about image circulation, visual vernacular, displacement, fascination with the generic, dystopia, ambivalence towards pop culture, dichotomies, and more. .............. But first of all let me invite you to the premiere of my new video work tonight 7 pm at BRIC @bricartsmedia 467 Fulton St, Brooklyn. .............. The Digital Deli Sció is a parody of the commercial TV I grew up with. Yours truly performs an elusive flamboyant host who talks about art through a collage of appropriated artist statements, generates music and video live in the studio and creates some serious non-sense content for the masses. ....................... #digitaldeli
